Lecture Description:
This presentation is a must for retailers, manufacturers and brands developing products and marketing messages for
the baby and children’s markets.
We believe children respond to their own set of influences and their taste is shaped very differently now than for the
previous generation. From our broad knowledge of behaviour at home we have a strong understanding of family life
and what is influencing children themselves, parents and grandparents. This presentation explores what drives trends
for this market over the coming 12-18 months, looking at what motivates parental purchasing along with a ‘big
picture’ view of the social, cultural, educational and environmental insight.
We will explore what shapes play, nurturing, health and wellbeing, entertainment and leisure in this sector and
discover how this translates into colour, material, shape and design.
Attendees will get the opportunity to see our 2016/17 Kid’s Lifestyle Trend books with a 10% discount for orders
placed on the day.
