Administration/Board Relations – Responsible for researching and implementing innovative methods to increase Board engagement.  Develops and maintains appropriate Administrative Policies and Procedures.  Evaluates Board participation and satisfaction to ensure Board engagement programs are effective. Acts as Goodwill liaison to Board, coordinates Board-related events, maintains Board activity matrix, conducts Board surveys, oversees risk and crisis management, CARF and the ASR. Provides administrative support to the CEO.

Provides administrative support to the CEO.

  • Administration/Strategy – Oversees strategic planning process, public policy, business and community development efforts and special research projects.

  • Marketing and Development - Previously were separate departments; responsible for fund development, grant writing, community development, donor relations, special events, advertising, social media, and media relations.

  • Administrative Services – New Department, integrates Accounting, Human Resources and Information Technology under the oversight of a Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Accounting Services will complete financial analyses for all new business/contract plans as part of the Business Development Focus Group Process. Human Resources will include Loss Prevention and Safety.

  • Mission Advancement – New Department, consists of AbilityOne federal contracts and Employment and Training programs. Includes Quality Assurance and the new Business Solutions/READY Services initiative. Will incorporate Developmental Disabilities Services as a potential future program.



Retail Operations – Led by VP Retail Operations with direct oversight of District Store Managers. A newly created Retail Operations Logistics position will coordinate processing at the Goodwill retail stores and the ROC. This includes overseeing warehouse, transportation, recycling and salvage operations along with a focus on retail store donation processing efficiency and innovative donations procurement.

  • Retail Operations – Led by VP Retail Operations with direct oversight of District Store Managers.   • Corporate Engagement/Commercial Contract Services – New Department led by the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer with oversight of the VP Corporate Engagement; will include commercial contracts, facilities management including the Retail and BPP custodial/floor care teams, property development liaison with Kiewit and RDG and business development activities related to National GII contract opportunities. Will also assist with innovative retailing strategies and developing community partnerships to support retail operations.

  • Goodwill Leadership Team – Frank McGree, Andy Bradley, Pauli Bishop, Linda Kizzier, Brent Koster, Erin Swanson-Russell, Kay Hilgenkamp, Dave Pfeffer, Todd Milbrandt. Other Directors/Managers will attend Leadership Team meetings as subject matter warrants attendance.
