Good Manners and Decorum
It is mandatory to get the child admitted into a proper nursery school. In the nursery school, children learn the principles and the standards so that they can instigate thorough and good towards their formal education. Basic values that come under good manners and decorum that should be taught to the children are as follows: (Manners & Etiquettes, 2006).

  1. They should be taught all the differences between right and wrong and what is good and what is bad. For example, it is right and good to be kind and it is wrong and bad to be cruel.

  2. Being independent and self sufficient and not being entirely dependent upon parents at home and teachers in school for each and every thing.

  3. Taking wise and appropriate decisions. For example, it is not a wise decision to play outside when it is raining; this is taught to the children at home and in school and they should understand this in future.

  4. They should be helpful, cooperating and respectful to older people, communicate in a friendly manner with individuals of ones own age group and be gentle and nice to those who are younger to them.

  5. In a nursery school, children are also taught to manage finances appropriately and not try to spend their parent’s money on unnecessary things such as toys or clothes or eatables such as sweets which they do not require.

  6. Children should be taught to balance everything appropriately in their daily lives such as work and play (Manners & Etiquettes, 2006).

Conclusion
The concept of pedagogy in case of kindergarten education is understood by becoming aware of various approaches of
the pedagogical methods such as experiential education, children are involved into various kinds of activities in their schools, the Reggio Emilia Approach and Te Whariki. There are different kinds of theories, child development theories, psychoanalytic child development theories which consists of Sigmund Freud, Erik Erikson, cognitive child development theories, behavioral child development theories, liberal education, progressive education, humanistic education, analytic philosophy of education; social child development theories consists of theories of John Bowlly, Albert Bandura and Lev Vygotsky. Developmental milestones emphasizes upon the development of gross motor, fine motor, language, cognitive and social skills. Good manners and decorum is a concept that is important and this concept mainly initiates in the beginning of kindergarten education. The young students should understand the differences between right and wrong, they should learn to be independent and self-sufficient, they should be able take wise and appropriate decisions, crucial aspects of good manners is being helpful, cooperative and respectful to older people, appropriate management of finances and they should not be willing to spend on unwanted things and young students should be able to manage their work and play appropriately; always working and not playing is disadvantageous and always willing to play and not focusing upon work also leads to dire consequences upon an individual.
