As you can see in this chart, more than a half respondents are very familiar with KFC while remains are somewhat familiar. Surprisingly, we found people who are not very familiar, they were about 10 percent of all repliers. In the next chart, we can see the results of the frequency of people visit to KFC. Above 60 percent of them answered that they use rarely and occasionally when approx. 30 percent of them are frequent users. This graphs show that why people choose fast food restaurants evaluating from 1 to 5. Taste and food quality have a major influence with 30+ responses. Price importance among KFC customers is different, with 10 respondents rating it as highly influential, 14 respondents as influential. Location convenience is crucial to 25+ responders; others felt it to be fairly important. For more than 30 users, brand reputation and image are major impact whilst the majority of customers are mildly influenced by the menu alternatives. Next question was about why people prefer KFC rather than other competitors and people answered like they prefer the location, delicious taste, satisfactory service and brand reputation.
