Ok - it seems like a good and an interesting topic/title but why did you choose this? Was it an interest in railways, in transportation or in the application of information technology? And in terms of you and your projected post-master’s career, was this dissertation selected in the light of, say, wanting to be an academic or possibly a transport consultant?
## Since i was a litle child . i have been intirested in learning railway both light railway and weight railway has been interesting. as well as thinking about developing this system was enourmosuly importent. so that i wrote my master degree with this topic.and I intended solving a few problems which dameges this system.

Is this mechanism particular to trains or can it logically, and perhaps easily, be transferred to other applications of scheduling and resourcing?

## this topic is belong to digitaling railway system and Decreasing the distant between two tains which moving only one direction.as well as improving speed , cheeping the ticket cost.
## That I do not understand. Please unpack/explain that fully. I’m no expert on PhD’s but consider the following doctorate ideas:
- Best modern practice with regard to managing railways (a natural monopoly): Uzbekistan compared with selected other countries (Kaz’n, Iran, Mongolia, Kenya etc., etc.) – your choice as to the number of comparison countries and which (a choice with the help of your supervisors).
- Best modern practice with managing the public/private goods/services boundary (almost all of which have significantly monopolistic aspects): Uzbekistan compared with Kaz’n in respect of railways, water, education, radio and television your choice as to the number of comparison countries and industries and which again, is a choice to be made with the help of your supervisors.
Both these allow (require?) you range worldwide for academic ideas - even if you are only focusing on a few countries.
Also both are of permanent, ongoing relevance – what’s not to like  .
You might or might not link it with the Chinese BRI.

This railway system is monopoly which is bellong to govorniment so that entering new competitor this field is imponsible. I understent making scientific research in this field would be failed due to restrictions

## in uzbekistan living condition is very variously. Living in Kherazm is cheaper but earning money is very difficult. Living in samarkand is very expensive but finding job is very easy. all of these factors deaply connected with water, wather , the condition of earth. And others ... a like this reasons i wanna writing PhD with this topic. as well as I have another one topic which is " Velotourism in Uzbekistan"

Are you wanting to be an academic, business consultant, somebody working in public policy or what. I would always argue for a degree of narrowness in both dissertations and doctorates so that you can become the world's greatest living expert in whatever it is that you're looking at. At my age, 73, when you are not expecting any kind of promotion, then you can afford to be a generalist and to work at joining everything up.
