ABSTRACT
Abdullayev I.A.
The role of the cytokinins profile mediators in the pathogenesis and treatment of diffused
peritonitis.
The main recourses of the endogenic intoxication in diffuse peritonitis are the abdominal
cavity with bacterial and dismetabolic toxins and paralytic intestines. From the beginning of the
diseases, the intestinal defense is becoming more weaker. The toxic products mix to blood passing
through biological
levels-intestinal walls, peritonea and livers.
As the results of the violation of the metabolic process, more than 100 medium metabolic
products are gathering in bloods and complicating the endogenic intoxication.
As it is known, beginning of the inflammation process and its progress is related to
the cytogene cascade. The cytokinins are synthesized by monocytes, macrophages, neutrophil
leukocytes, lymphocytes, endotheliocytes and fibroblasts. The cytokinins have an important role in
forming of adaptive immune role and functional activities as the indicator of immunity reflection.
As per the influences to the inflammation process, the cytokinins are divided into two
groups – pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokinins. During the surgical treatment of the
diffused peritonitis, liquidation of the source of infection, sanation of the peritoneal cavities,
preventing of the blood intoxication from the initial sources, adequate drainage of the abdominal
cavity, peritoneal sanation in postoperative periods and decompression of the gastrointestinal tract
are included to the main problems of the treatment.
T-activine, immunofun, lysosime, decaris, metiluracile, likopid, galavite, splenin, interferon,
immunifans, ribotan and, omegaven are used for treatment of diffused peritonitis as well as
traditional medicines. One of the main issues for solution of this problem is to have pathogenic
influence to the toxic products in abdominal cavities, to increase the products of this metabolism, to
neutralize these products, accelerate their evacuation, to prevent the progress of inflammation
