FLORIDA STATE PRIMA EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE Hosted by 
February 3, 2016 We are rapidly approaching the Florida State PRIMA Conference (October 16 – 19, 2016) at the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty Six in Fort Lauderdale. The South Florida PRIMA Chapter is the host of this year’s event, and is in need of corporate partners to help our Chapter defray various conference operating expenses and expenses for door prizes that will be raffled off at each session. Sponsor names and levels will be listed on flyers in each attendees welcome bag, displayed on poster boards at the conference, and posted on our website at www.southfloridaprima.org. We are looking for sponsorships for five (5) breaks, three (3) breakfasts and two (2) lunches. These are the highest visible sponsorships available. Costs are approximately $4,000 for the breaks, $5,000 for the breakfasts, and $8,000 to $9,000 for the lunches. Level: Sponsorship: Diamond $15,000 Platinum $10,000 Gold $ 5,000 Silver $ 2,500 Bronze $ 1,000 Contributions below these sponsorship levels are also appreciated, including any donated door prizes (minimum value of $50 please). We will announce the sponsoring company as we award these door prizes….Additionally, our Chapter is interested in assisting you with the marketing of your company to our membership with any valuable items for the prize drawing and/or promotional items your company would like to donate for each attendee’s conference bag.
