SECTION 8: PROJECT BUDGET AND FINANCING

1. Overall Project Budget

The project will be financed by a medium size GEF grant of USD 1,900,810 with co-financing from the Walton Family Foundation, IADB, CPPS, UNESCO-QUITO, The Swedish Lottery, IKI-UNDP, Oleoducto al Pacifico and the governments of Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, and Ecuador. A summary of the project costs and the co-financing contributions is given in the two tables below (Tables 9 and 10). The project budget may be subject to revision during implementation. The detailed Project Budget is provided in Appendix VII.
