and claims. These legal proceedings are pending at different levels of adjudication before various courts and
tribunals. We can give no assurance that these legal proceedings will be decided in our favour. Further, we
may also not be able to quantify all the claims in which we are involved. Any adverse decision may have a
significant effect on our business, financial condition and results of operations. The details of the
