is the most serious pest of tobacco in factories
and cigar stores.
2.BOSTRYCHIDAE
They are small, elongate and cylindrical beetles.
Head is concealed by the pronotum which is hood like.
Antenna is either smooth or sculptured.
Lesser grain borer :
Rhizopertha dominica
larvae bore in to the stored grains and eat the
inner contents completely.
