The first announcement
Dear Colleagues,
Institute for Experimental Medicine, Saint Petersburg, Russia; Max Plank Institute for Neurobiology, Munich, Germany; Saint Petersburg City AIDS Centre, Russia; Russian Society on Immunology; Regional Society on Neuroimmunology and Neuroimmunomodulation in Russia have the honor to invite you to attend the 6th International Symposium “Interaction of nervous and immune systems in health and disease”, which will be held in Saint Petersburg, Russia, June 20 - June 23, 2017. This event will represent a special opportunity to divulge and exchange the most recent scientific research in major fields of nervous and immune system interaction in a friendly atmosphere. The International Organising Committee and the Local Organizing Committee will ensure a high level Scientific Program which includes plenary lectures, oral presentations and posters exhibition.
The Symposium will be held at the Institute for Experimental Medicine, Saint Petersburg, Russia from Tuesday June 20th to Friday June 23rd 2017.
Topics covered will include but not limited to:

Central and peripheral mechanisms of interaction of nervous and immune systems

Disturbance of nervous and immune systems interaction in experiment (stress) and clinic (mental disorders, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, trauma etc.)

Registration Fee for Delegates:
400 EURO – basic fee
500 EURO – basic fee + banquet + excursion
200 EURO – Students and Accompanying persons
We encourage all participants to stay for the duration of the meeting. The fixed registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of participation.
In order to pay the registration fee – please choose type of payment (credit card or invoice) and write about it to incoming@rbtour.ru and we send to you invoice or letter of authorization. Pay attention that cost of bank services is 3% for payment by credit card and 3 euro for payment by invoice.
You could also make payment on site.
Abstract Guidelines
All abstracts are due no later than February 20th, 2017.
1. Please submit your abstracts as an email attachment and send it to: nim_spb2017@mail.ru
2. Subject line of the e-mail should be either Speaker's abstract or Participant's abstract.
3. Include your name and telephone number in the body of the email.
4. If the file is incorrectly formatted you will be contacted for resubmission. See instructions below.
5. The abstracts will be printed, copied, and distributed to registrants.
6. No revisions will be accepted after February 20th.
7. Acknowledgement of acceptable abstract will be issued by a return email.
Abstract Creation Instructions:
1. All abstracts must be in RTF format. Max 1800 characters.
2. Use only 12 pt Times or 12 pt Times New Roman Font throughout the abstract. Do not make the title bigger and the references smaller.
3. Single space the abstract text, with a double space between the title, authors, and text.
4. Title of abstract must be bold and in upper case, i.e. THIS IS THE ABSTRACT TITLE.
5. Authors’ names in upper and lower case, i.e. Doe J., Anyone J., Somebody J.
6. Presenting author’s last name has to be underlined.
7. Use superscribted letters (i.e. Doe J.a., Anyone J.b, Somebody J.c ) to distinguish authors with different affiliations.
8. Following authors’ names list departmental and institutional affiliation, city and country. Start each affiliation with identifying superscribted letter if there are multiple affiliations (aDepartment of ).
9. No reference and illustrations.
10. Save your abstract as a RTF file, name the file "the presenting author's last name", and make sure you use the correct settings.

February 20th, 2017: Submission of visa form.
June 20th, 2017: Symposium Opening. On-site registration.
June 23rd, 2017: Symposium Closing.
