Social economic reforms realized in Azerbaijan affect the development of tourism sector positively. The actions (laws, resolutions) taken by the Government contributed to the intensive progress in this field. The number of tourism companies is increasing while scale of their activities are expanded. Dynamic increase in the number of foreign tourists visiting our country and welfare increase of the local population demand the improvement of tourism services up to the international standards. These factors influence the necessity of the realization of this project.

This hotel will host both local and foreign tourists. “Gesr” rest house will include 10 luxury and 30 semi luxury double rooms. In addition, open and closed restaurants will be built. The hotel will offer various tours to the guests.
