ensured by the use of the Flash Player in the Presentation layer. The design modularity of
IDRAK’s architecture gives it the flexibility to accommodate expansions in the future. Flash
Remoting provides an excellent protocol to link the IDRAK application and the database
underpinning IDRAK to future applications because it accommodates expansions in one of the
two systems while preserving all system functionalities.
