2. Yes, as most people, I also experienced social loafing when I was working with team, it seemed to me that I did less when working with team rather than working alone. To tackle this issue, I just asked my peers to evaluate each other, because I know as a student people have more tendency to be responsible and think more carefully about their performance when they are given evaluations by their peers. That was the core for me to combat social loafing.
3. For me, it is more preferable to work alone since I am the person who can not have more remarkable results when working as a part of a team. If I work alone everything can be organized as I want ,as well as, I can work relying on my own perspectives. I suppose that working with a team can not give the chance to do everything with high responsibility. I think, a person may respond in a totally different way when it comes to compare our answers with the one in my class. For instance, someone may prefer to work as a part of a team as it is so convenient and productive way of working for them.
4. Firstly, workforce diversity has a number of positive factors on people’s performance and satisfaction. For example, each individual owns different competences and opinions. So it means employees can learn many things from each other. In addition, workforce diversity can be considered as one of the strategic capabilities which can increase the productivity among the employees.
