Building floor space: 230 m²

Insulation thickness: 14 cm with WLG032

Additional energy-saving measures: new roof 

covering, new between-rafter insulation in the attic, 

replacement of low-temperature heating system from 

1990 with gas condensing boiler

Planned measures: thermal solar system (approx. 

12 m² vacuum tube collectors), triple glazing

less energy and the exterior walls are warm on the
