Overall Work Program (OWP)
The Overall Work Program (OWP) is OahuMPO’s operating budget and also identifies all planning studies, projects, and other work elements upon which staff will work in the coming fiscal year. A draft of the FY 2018 OWP will be presented for review and comment by the committee prior to releasing it for public and intergovernmental review and comments.
Requested Action: Discuss and approve TAC recommended changes for Policy Board consideration.

Oahu Regional Transportation Plan (ORTP) Update
The Oahu Regional Transportation Plan (ORTP) is a Federally-required planning document that establishes a long-range vision for surface transportation on Oahu and identifies projects and programs to help achieve that vision. Projects in the ORTP become eligible for Federal funding assistance. The ORTP must be updated at least every five years. OahuMPO staff will report on the status of the CH2M, UrbanSim, and TDFM contracts and discuss the schedule and critical path currently underway.

Timeline for Updates to Policies and Procedures
OahuMPO staff will provide an overview of the proposal for reviewing and amending the policies and procedures for the various deliverables of the OahuMPO, including the ORTP, TIP, CMP, OWP, TAP, as well as TAC bylaws.
