Those who are interested in presenting at the symposium should fill in the "Application for presentation" form and send it to the following address of the symposium secretary by July 20. Please indicate the type of presentation (oral or poster) which you will present.

Oral and poster presentations should be subjected on “Agricultural formulation and application”.

Abstract format

Abstracts for oral and poster presentations should be made according to the following guidelines and submitted to the above symposium organizer by September 14^th

*Abstracts should be 1-2 pages in length

*80 English words/line, 32lines/page including title, authors and affiliation.

*A checkmark should be placed beside the presenter's name. (Example) ^○Ogawa,・・

*Margin Right and left : 20mm

Upper: 20mm

Bottom: 25mm

One hard copy of the manuscript should be submitted, preferably including a labeled floppy (or CD-ROM, DVD) backup indicating the title, author, address and type of format (MS-WORD is preferred).
Presentation Equipment Information

A poster board(100 x 210 cm) will be provided for each poster presentation. A table is also available upon request, at a separate rental charge

PC and overhead projectors are available to participants doing an oral presentation. MS Power Point is the preferred format for PC presentations and a hardcopy of the presentation must be submitted to following address along with a backup(floppy disk or CD or DVD) by October 18.
