Grounds for the Issuer's obligation to disclose information in the form of a quarterly report 
The securities prospectus with regard to the Issuer's securities has been registered. 
State  registration  of  at  least  one  issue  (additional  issue)  of  securities  of  the  Issuer  accompanied  by  the 
registration of the prospectus of the securities in the placement of securities through a public offering; 
The  Issuer’s  exchange-traded  bonds  have  been  admitted  to  stock  trading  organized  with  the  presentation  of 
the exchange-traded bonds prospectus to the stock exchange for such admission. 
07.12.2016 Bank of Russia carried out the state registration of the additional issue of 40,429,000,000 ordinary shares 
placement method: public offering. 
Additional securities issue was assigned state registration number: 1-01-55038-E-042D. 
Due  to  the  fact  that  the  additional  issue  of  shares  of  PJSC  RusHydro  is  not  completed,  in  this  quarterly  report  are 
specified interest of the authorized capital of the issuer, specified in Statute of the Issuer. 
 
This  Quarterly  Report  contains  evaluations  and  expectancies  of  the  Issuer's  authorized  management  entities  with 
regard to future events and (or) actions, development prospects of the economic  sector  where the Issuer is carrying
