I enthusiastically offer this letter in support of Sukhrobjon Pulatov for the ITEC program which is presented by Indian Government. Sukhrobjon Pulatov was my student in the Master’s degree at Jizzakh polytechnic institute. I found him to be a creative and industrious student who showed a natural flair for both automotive engineering research and IT, and unsurprisingly, he earned the highest grades of any student in this course. And, also he has been working as the manager of the International cooperation department for several years. He proved that he is a talented and very punctual person that always feels responsible and always try to accomplish every given task on time.

I understand that the ITEC program is responsible for all of the kinds of research. In my course, students were regularly tasked with tackling new exercises, relying on engineering disciplines, and collaborating with classmates to get a handle on challenging traffic safety. Sukhrobjon exhibited expert-level skills and a facility with group work that is rare among undergraduates.
Sukhrobjon is a very bright and quite motivated employee. He is a quick learner and has shown the ability to digest large volumes of information. I have no doubt that he will be successful in your program and offer my unqualified endorsement.
