1. INTRODUCTION

Research of natural biologically active connections and development on their basis of highly effective medical products remains an actual fundamental problem. Special interest in this respect represents peat. Experimental researches of last years (1-5) have confirmed therapeutic value humic acids of peat in quality adaptogene, having antioxidant, antitoxic, radioprotective, antimutagen properties. Researches in the field of chemistry humic acids are conducted during many years, however the questions connected to definition of their biological activity, remain yet not decided. In works (6) it was repeatedly emphasized about a variety of biological activity humic acids in peats of a different genesis. Therefore researches humic acids of peats and their biological activity, allowing to leave on reception of medical products from peat, provide a problem of the big practical importance.

2. MATERIAL AND METHODS

For research 0.001, 0.01, 0.1 % solutions humic acids, received of low-mire wood-grassy and mesotrophic sedgy peats of Western Siberia are taken at influence by solutions 0,1 н sodium hydroxydi and neutral 0,1 н sodium pyrophasphaty. Humic acids of the given peats are characterized by different properties that allows to explain a degree of their biological activity.

Definition of biological activity carried out a way of an estimation of influence humic acids on parameters of convertible aggregation erythrocites, described in (7). The principle of a method is based on property of blood to change optical density depending on a degree aggregation erythrocites at influencen them of researched substances. As comparison the known preparations widely used in medical practice were taken: trental - reduces aggregation erythrocites and vicasol (vitamin К3) - promotes curtailing of blood. Definition of influence humic acids on parameters of convertible aggregation made under the following circuit: in the researched test of blood processed by anticoagulant add a solution humic acids of peat in the ratio 6-10 : 1, mix and place in the tight chamber and influence mechanical fluctuations of the given frequency and amplitude from 0,1 up to 1,0 microns, created by a piezoelement. Change of optical density of researched test of the blood, connected to convertible aggregation erythrocites, will be transformed to an electric signal by a photo cell, amplify the amplifier and are registered on a paper tape by a recorder. The degree desaggregation is supervised during hashing with the help photometric and microscopiric.
3. RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS

By results of research humic acids of an alkaline extract from low-mire wood-grassy peat follows, that in comparison with the control the increase of intensity of aggregation erythrocites, and accordingly, increase of biological activity for 0.001 % of a solution in 2.1, for 0.01 % - in 1.4 and for 0.1 %-в 2.3 is observed. The known preparation vicasol, used in medicine for increase of viscosity of blood causes increase of aggregation erythrocites in 1.5 (Fig. 1). Also it is necessary to note, that biological activity of solutions of 0.001 % and on 70-85 % is higher than 0.1 % of concentration, than 0.01 % concentration humic acids. Thus, dependence of biological activity on concentration humic acids of peats is clearly traced. The similar mechanism of influence humic acids on parameters of convertible aggregation erythrocites, but with smaller intensity is observed for humic acids of an alkaline extract from mesotrophic sedgy peat. At studying biological activity pyrophosphaty extracts humic acids of both kinds of peats inverse relationship is marked: easing of aggregation erythrocites in comparison with the control for 0.001 % of a solution humic acids. Reduction of biological activity occurs on the average in 1.3 - 1.5.

Figure 1: Biological activity humic acids of peats.
The known preparation trental, used in medicine for reduction of viscosity of blood, causes reduction of aggregation erythrocites on the average at 1.05. Humic acids of 0.01 and 0.1 % of concentration have higher activity. In comparison with similar concentration of an alkaline extract humic acids of peats the cardinal distinctions shown in miscellanous character of influence гhumic of acids on parameters of convertible aggregation erythrocites are observed.
4. CONCLUSIONS

Thus, humic acids of two peats differ among themselves on size of biological activity. Biological activity humic acids of an alkaline extract low-mire wood-grassy peat in 1,09-1,45 is higher than biological activity humic acids of an alkaline extract of mesotrophic sedgy peat. While biological activity humic pyrophosphaty an extract is higher than acids at mesotrophic sedgy peat (in 1,12-1,14). The received results on studying influence humic acids of different peats on convertible aggregation erythrocites show ambiguity of their influence. Pyrophosphaty the extract humic acids has ability to reduce aggregation of red blood cells, and alkaline - on the contrary - to increase (in comparison with known preparations - vicasol and trental). And it is obviously traced miscellanous the mechanism of action of extracts in the same concentration having among themselves as well quantitative distinctions. Thus, biological activity humic acids is defined by a kind of peats that allows to find an individual raw-material base under concrete medical preparations on a basis humic acids of peats.
