The main goal of the presidential decision is to further expand the activities of the fund for the support of exports of small businesses and business entities, to further bring products of domestic manufacturers, including industrial enterprises, to foreign markets, to improve the conditions of pre-export financing.
If we consider the main factors affecting the growth rate of the share of small business and entrepreneurship in the country's gross domestic product,we can consider the positive impact of exports in the activities of vkichik business and private enterprise.
If one predicts an econometric model based on a straight line function Graph, an increase in export share of 30%, 35%, or 40% is achieved, resulting in a small business and entrepreneurship share in gross domestic product of 68%, 74%, or 81%, respectively.
From the above, we can say that the support for small business and entrepreneurial activities is increasing even more. But there are also some problems in entrepreneurial activity in the regions of our country. These muaommos are as follows:
- low attention to competitiveness in the production of export products in small business and entrepreneurial activities in the regions;
- the slowness of ensuring the ecological desiccation of pulses and fruit products grown by farms in the regions;
- the fact that in small business and entrepreneurial activities in the industrial sector there are sometimes interruptions in the supply of electricity and gas, especially since the winter season in joriyyil is harsh compared to other periods and has brought many spoils in this area;
- we can especially recognize the coronavirus pandemic observed in the world and its negative effects.
The above problems can also be seen in exports, especially the negative effects of the coronavirus pandemic. For example, the export volume of small business and entrepreneurial activity in 2019 amounted to $ 4,714. 8 million, while in 2020 it fell to $ 3,100. 9 million, or if we also cite its share in GDP, which in 2019 amounted to 27%, then in 2020 this figure fell to 20.5 % [9].
Judging from the above points, today we consider that the development of small business and entrepreneurial activity is truly significant. And finding a solution to these problems is an urgent topic. During the reforms carried out, it should become the task of each of us to solve problems in the field of development of small business entities and consider the appropriate measures.
Today we have considered that the results of small business and entrepreneurial activity in our country are a significant contribution to the country's gross domestic product and its role in the economy is important. We believe that the following measures should be taken to develop small business and entrepreneurship and make the business environment more comfortable in our country.
The theoretical significance of the results of the study is that it serves to increase the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity, establish the production of competitive products in them, further increase the export opportunities of business entities and increase the share in the export potential of territories. This corresponds to the development strategy of the New Uzbekistan, designed for 2022-2026, and the goals and objectives of the development of the economy for 2022-2026. The application of the results obtained from this research work in the activities of entities engaged in entrepreneurial activity serves to further increase the level of their effectiveness and increase the level of exports through the production of competitive products, as well as increase the share of entrepreneurship in the export potential of Regions.
