胡志，男，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师，澳大利亚莫纳什大学访问学者，江西省青年科学家培养对象，南昌大学赣江青年学者。

长期从事先进轻合金材料设计、制备与精确成形研究。主持国家自然基金1项、参与国家基金3项，主持省（部）级项目5项、其它项目2项，获省（部）级科技进步二等奖2项、省教学成果二等奖1项、省高校科技成果一等奖2项。发表论文50余篇，其中SCI/EI收录20余篇，获授权国家发明专利13项。担任江西省锻压协会副秘书长、江西省模具协会理事。
