In our opinion, we think culture clashes should be stop or ended because it’s selfish of other cultures to collide with one another. The believe that to reach peace and harmony you cultures all over the world need to flight their differences is an arrogant idea

Another aspect of tourism that negatively impacts the society and culture of the destination locations is that of culture clashes. When tourists visit other countries and do not educate themselves about the local customs, they can and often do offend the locals. For example, in some Middle Eastern countries, it is custom and proper for women to cover themselves. When tourists come and appear half-dressed, it offends the locals and can sometimes cause problems within the society, as the locals want to copy the tourists. This creates social tension for the destination country and city.

Culture Conflict Theory

  • Culture conflict theory, also known as Cultural Deviance Theory, is a sociological perspective that suggests that the root cause of criminality can be found in a clash of values between variously socialized groups over what is acceptable or proper behavior.

Culture Conflict Theory also presumes that people outside the mainstream may adapt to subcultures, which have their own norms and values, and may celebrate criminal or deviant behavior.
