About us

The house Majka is a comfortably furnished stylish house.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bedroom with 6 beds, separate toilet, bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a common ski room / space for bicycles for the whole house.

The capacity of the accommodation facility is up to 8 people with the possibility of using 2 beds in the kitchen.

In the attic there is a living-room, bedroom with 5 beds, small kitchen, shower cabinet and toilet.

The capacity of the accommodation facility is up to 7 people with the possibility of using 2 beds in the living-room.

It is possible to rent the ground floor, the attic or the whole house.
This accommodation facility is suitable for families with children or for groups of friends. We prefer weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.
Parking is directly in the yard, the capacity is big (10 cars or even more).
We also offer accommodation in the neighbouring house. It is a 1-floor brick house. On each floor there is a 3-room apartment with a separate entrance.

There are 2 bedrooms (3/3 beds) in the house, a living-room (1 bed) + 1 sofa bed. Bathroom with shower cabinet and toilet.
There is the possibility of internet connection by means of the wireless network in both houses.
We offer accommodation in the apartment on the ground floor, the apartment on the first floor is used by us.

Parking is in the yard which is common with the House Majka.

Surroundings
Ski lifts of Tanvaldský Špičák are 10 minutes away on foot.

In summer there is the possibility of superb walks and cycling trips.

Reservations and payment terms:

For a reservation it is necessary to send (by e-mail or mail) a duly completed order form and pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount within 7 days after receiving the order.

The deposit can be paid by a bank transfer or postal order.

The rest of the amount must be paid 30 days before the arrival date at the latest.

If the period between the reservation and the arrival date is shorter than 30 days, the full amount must be paid at the time of the reservation.

Cancellation fees:

The following cancellation fees apply in case of cancellation:

30 and more days before arrival date…………………10% from total amount
29 – 10 days before arrival date …………………..25% from total amount
9-3 days before arrival date ……………………….50% from total amount
less than 3 days before arrival date …………….75% from total amount

The price includes:
Accommodation, water, gas, electricity, bed linen and final cleaning (on condition that the client leaves the premises tidy, especially the kitchen), parking in the yard, housing tax, VAT.

Final cleaning:
Final cleaning is included in the price of the stay providing the client leaves the premises and especially the kitchen tidy. If the client fails to do so, a fee of 300,- CZK will be charged for the cleaning.
Cancellation-changes caused by force majeure:
The lessor reserves the right in case of necessity to cancel the ordered services. If the accommodation facility is not available due to unexpected events, the whole paid amount will be returned to the client.

Liability:

The lessor will not be held responsible for damage caused to people or their property during their stay in our facility. (theft, loss, accidents, injuries etc.)

Start and end of accommodation:

The starting day and final day is always Saturday. Arrival from 3 p.m. till 7 p.m.

On the last day the apartment must be vacated by 11 a.m.
