- The following Fellow nominations will be pursued.

Prof. Tetsuji Oda, Prof. Jamal Yagoobi, Prof. Bruce Locke, Prof. Sid Clements

- On IEEE-IAS/EPC-ESA Joint Meeting,

There were the following opinions on ESA joint meeting. Currently, IEEE-IAS/EPC and ESA hold joint meeting every third year. Next joint meeting with ESA is scheduled in 2015. Due to decreasing numbers of attendees, steps need to be taken to increase the participation in these meetings. Several scenarios were presented and discussed. One of the suggestions was to hold joint meetings with ESA alternate year. But the joint meetings should be held in even years to avoid conflict with European electrostatics conferences.

- There are electrostatic societies in other countries (Korea, Japan, and China). Prof. Oda explained that ESA and IESJ (Japan) joint conference has been held every several years. More wide discussions are required before any decisions. This issue will be continue to be discussed and possibly a consensus can be reached by 2015 joint meeting.
- The following conferences are introduced and requested to participant.

Prof. Mizuno informed about the EHD workshop in Okinawa, Japan in June, 2013. It is very nice Sothern Island.

Prof. Yagoobi informed about the international conference on dielectric liquids in Slovenia, in June 2013. It is very nice place.

- All EPC members were requested to announce to colleagues and submit papers for the next IAS meetings in Canada.

- The meeting is closed with greetings: See you again in 2014 IEEE-IAS Annual Meeting in
Vancouver, Canada.

- Nice chairing by Prof Sharma is much appreciated.
