What Will Happen to Paper Applications That Are Currently on File in the Catholic Schools Office?
As of March 1, 2014 the Diocese of Joliet Catholic Schools Office has not accepted hard copy applications for any teaching, administrative, or substitute teaching position. All applications will be processed and made available to principals and CSO personnel through the online AppliTrack system.

  • Complete and submit an online application for the position that you desire.

  • Collect all required supporting documents and upload as per AppliTrack instructions. (Due to the transparency of this system, applicants are always fully aware of components that they have submitted.)

  • The currency of documents is important to principals …Letters of reference, for example, should be no more than one-year old.

  • Applicant files will be visible to principals only after the application and all supporting documents have been uploaded.

  • Applicants are allowed 60 days to complete the application process.

  • If you wish to upload pieces of an application that is currently housed at the Catholic Schools Office, please send an e-mail to Beverly Betts at bgbetts@dioceseofjoliet.org  requesting copies of specific contents of your paper file. Within this e-mail, specify the type of application (Teaching, Administrative, or Substitute Teaching) and confirm your name, address, e-mail address, and daytime telephone number. Ms. Betts will send a return e-mail confirming that the file has been located and will mail file contents to you at you current (confirmed) address.
