The manual is prepared at the Tashkent State University of Economics according 
to the requirements of the State educational standard and is intended for formation 
at  masters    knowledge  both  skills  according  to  the  capital  and  financial 
investments, planning and organization of audit of the investments, realization and 
registration  of  results  of  audit  of  the  investments.  The  estimation  of  the 
investments  and  qualitative  realization  of  their  audit  enables  for  correct 
organization of investment activity in the managing subjects.

industrial  sphere). Also  given  manual  is  recommended  for  masters on specialities
