Dear John,

About half a year ago, I told you that I have moved to nuclear area in METI. After that I received many kind words from you and your colleagues.
Now, let me inform you that I am going to IEA in Paris tomorrow to work on OIL Markets succeeding Mr. Masuda in IEA. This job is ton work on energy security.
I was prepared to work for the development of nuclear energy in Japan, but was persuaded to work for oil, where the world is facing with another emergency.
Again, I am close to the APEC Acitivities and looking forward to seeing and working with you soon. Would appreciate if you could inform this to your APEC colleagues.
