That Man Is You is a program from Paradisus Dei. We have participants from St. Luke and St. Vincent, and we
meet weekly at 6:30 am on Saturday for breakfast snacks. The program actually starts at 6:50. The program
starts with a video produced by Paradisus Dei and then we have discussions of the subject matter. This is the third
year, but anyone can start at any time. We get as much from the association with other men as we do from the
program, and it is an opportunity to discuss our faith in a trusting and confidential environment. On the first
Saturday of each month we meet at St. Vincent so anyone who desires can participate in the first Saturday
devotion, since Father Olvera offers Mass followed by reconciliation (for anyone who desires). Then, we
alternate between St. Luke and St. Vincent for the remainder of the Saturday
.

Catechism of the Catholic 551: Simon Peter holds the first place in the college of the Twelve. Jesus entrusted a
unique mission to him. Through a revelation from the Father, Peter had confessed: “You are the Christ, the son of
the living God.” Our Lord then declared to him: “You are Peter, and on this rock I will build my Church, and the
gates of Hades will not prevail against it.” Christ, the “living stone,” thus assures his Church, built on Peter, of
victory over the powers of death. Because of the faith he confessed Peter will remain the unshakable rock of the
Church. His mission will be to keep this faith from every lapse and to strengthen his brothers in it.
