Karl Diacono

Karl Diacono has over 30 years of senior management experience and is a Director and Chief 

Executive Officer of the Fenlex Group of companies, a leading Maltese Trust Company and 

Corporate Service Provider regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority. Karl sits on a 

number of boards both in Malta and overseas and has been assisting operators in the on in 

the remote gaming industry since 1998. He has been a Non-Executive Director of GVC PLC 

since 2008 and sits on the board of a number of gaming and other regulated companies. Karl 

holds an MSc in Management Studies from Anglia Ruskin University and is married with two 

daughters.
