Bio for Mindy Mazer
Mindy Mazer is a Human Resources executive with expertise in corporate recruiting and executive search. She is currently the Senior Manager of Corporate Staffing at AMETEK, Inc., a $4B leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments, based in Berwyn, PA.
Mindy was formerly the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development for NutriSystem, Inc. in Horsham, PA. In that role she built a centralized staffing function to support the needs of a rapidly growing e-commerce organization.
Prior to joining NutriSystem, Mindy was Senior Client Manager for Salveson Stetson Inc., a retained executive search firm located in Radnor, PA. She managed executive level searches in the functional areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain.
Mindy is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Communication. She is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Impact 100. Mindy serves as the Governance Chairperson on the Board of Directors for Mighty Writers, a Philadelphia non-profit organization dedicated to teaching children to succeed through writing.

Loren is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with over 15 years of industry experience in selection and hiring, as well as developing and executing “Best in Class” talent acquisition strategies.  Employing a results-driven staffing approach, he drives all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle, including researching, sourcing, screening and recruiting techniques, as well as behavioral-based interviewing, metrics, recruitment process outsourcing, and compensation analysis.

Loren is a dynamic, driven leader and team player with proven success designing, developing and implementing recruiting processes resulting in cost reductions and performance improvements and is experienced in establishing relationships among diverse groups, with a broad range of technical backgrounds and functional responsibilities

Loren holds degrees in Human Resources and Business Management from Immaculata University and obtained his PHR certification (Professional in Human Resources) through Villanova University as well as his TAS certification (Talent Acquisition Strategist) through the Human Capital Institute.
