Born in 1969, higher education. Graduated from Moscow State University of Fine Chemical technologies named after M.V. Lomonosov in 1969, Institute of Business and Economy of the Academy of National Economy under the aegis of the Government of the Russian Federation in 1996. Master’s degree in Business in Economics. Joined Sberbank of Russia in 2008.

Aleksey V. Afanasyev

Born in 1969, higher education. Graduated from Belarusian Agricultural Academy honored with the Order of October Revolution and the Order of Labour Red Banner in 2004, specializing in Economics and Agricultural Business. Retrained in the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of President of the Republic of Belarus in 2004, specializing in International Economic Relations.
