DETERMINATION NO. 3 OF 2016

AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER AND AIRCREW CAPABILITY ALLOWANCES — REPEAL

The Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal makes the following Determination under section 58H of the Defence Act 1903. It relates to Matter 3 of 2015 –Review of Allowances.

1 Citation

1. This Determination is DFRT Determination No. 3 of 2016, Air Traffic Controller and Aircrew Capability Allowances — Repeal.

2. This Determination may also be cited as DFRT Determination No. 3 of 2016.

2 Commencement

This Determination commences on the date of signature.

3 Repeal

A Determination listed in the following table, as amended and in force at the date listed in the table, is repealed on that date.
