Depending on the configuration and location of the stand can be extra charge: for corner placement of the stand - 10%, for the peninsular - 15% for the insular - 20%, based on the location in the central lines - up to 25%

Exhibitor shall fill in the Application and fax it to the Organizer. On submission, the Application is registered. Booth location is offered to the Exhibitor for approval. Confirmed layout should be re-faxed to the Organizer. When the location is confirmed, the Organizer faxes the invoice for Participation fee, the Agreement, and bank details to the Exhibitor. Booth reservation is carried out according to the product group division of the fair. The exposition is arranged in the order of submission of the Application forms to the Organizer. In case the payment is overdue, reservation is cancelled.
