This Annual Report of S.P. Korolev Rocket and Space Public Corporation Energia (hereinafter referred to as OAO RSC Energia, Corporation as well) was prepared by the Corporation performance in 2014 in accordance with the Russian Federation Government Decree No. 1214 of December 31, 2010 “On Improvement of Management Procedure for Open Joint-Stock Companies Whose Corporation Stock are in Federal Ownership and Federal State Unitary Enterprises”, with due regard for the requirements stated in Provision “On Information Disclosure by the Issuers of Outstanding Securities No.454-P approved by the Bank of Russia on December 30, 2014.
This Annual Report is to be submitted for preliminary approval by RSC Energia’s Board of Directors.
