GROUP CONDUCT FORM
The following guidelines shall govern

the stay of any group consisting of youth groups, teenagers, or young adults.


  1. The undersigned organization, sponsoring school, and its designated chaperones have sole responsibility for ensuring the behavior of the group members. HOTEL STAFF ARE NOT CHAPERONES.




  1. All groups must provide at least two chaperones for every group and their Cell Phone numbers.




  1. Every child must be accompanied by an adult chaperone at all times while on Hotel Property.




  1. Shoes, tops and bottoms must be worn in the hotel at all times.




  1. Wet swim suites are not permitted in lobby or on furniture. (Please use pool towels to dry off prior to coming in doors).




  1. The noise level must be kept to a minimum at all times, with strict emphasis between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.




  1. No children should be left unattended in rooms. Only those students assigned to a particular room are to be in that room unless accompanied by a chaperone.




  1. If Hotel receives a complaint regarding any group member(s) from other hotel guests, Hotel will have the right to immediately remove such members from the Hotel Property and charge for any dollars HHhHhhhhotel may have to adjust.




  1. Rowdiness in elevators, stairwells, hallways, rooms or other public areas will not be tolerated. Hotel will have the right to remove any group member exhibiting such behavior.




  1. In order that all registered guest names remain current for emergency purposes, the chaperones will be responsible to enforce that no switching of room by the group members occurs without first official notification to the Hotel Front Desk.




  1. It is a federal offense to activate a false fire alarm; offenders will be removed from the property and prosecuted.




  1. The Hotel Management reserves the right to immediately charge and remove those individuals responsible for vandalism and/or destruction of Hotel Property. It is advised that upon initial check-in if something is wrong with the room that it must be reported to the Front Desk immediately.




  1. The undersigned sponsoring organization will be held responsible for any and all vandalism and/or destruction of Hotel Property caused directly by its participants.




  1. In the event that there are any missing items from the guest suite (towels, linens, etc) the party to whom the room is reserved will be charged the appropriate fee for the items missing.
