1. Using internet explorer to retrieve & upload files

   Launch Internet Explorer and browse to the site: ftp.McRaeIntegration.com.
   

2. 
   From the ‘Page’ menu select ‘Open FTP site in Windows Explorer’.
   

3. 
   Wait for this explorer window to appear.
   

4. 
   Right click in the empty area of the explorer window and select ‘Login As…’
   

5. 
   Input the User ID and Password provided to you by your McRae contact and click the ‘Log On’ button.

   Once the explorer window has refreshed you can drag files into and out of the FTP site.
   

2. Using filezilla ftp client to retrieve & upload files

2.1) Launch Internet Explorer and browse to the site: ftp.McRaeIntegration.com.

2.2) Click on “FTP client.”

2.3) Select your operating system.

2.4) Right click on the Filezilla client and select ‘Save Target As…”

2.5) Click “Open.”


2.6) Launch Filezilla.exe

2.7) Input the following in provided fields:

Host: ftp.McRaeIntegration.com

Username: {provided by your McRae contact}

Password: {provided by your McRae contact}

Port (optional): 21

Click “Quickconnect.”


2.8) To download, browse to the file on the FTP site (right panel), right click and select “Download.”


2.9) To upload, browse to the file on your local system (left panel), right click and select “Upload.”
