In some contries, most people prefer owning a home rather than renting one and it is nessaccery for people having one. In my opinion, positive sides are weighing the negative sides.
There are many reasons why they choose to own one. If a home is rented and its duration expires, they have to leave the home. It is time consumption process. They have to move new location and morve their things too. Owning a home is cheaper than renting because if someone rent one and calculate for his lifetime, it will be expensive than owning one.
In fact there are many positive impacts of having a home and one of them is there are no rules, so they can do whatever they want and they can set rules by themselves. If they rent a departmant, there may be many limitation and loing freedom. Moreover, they lose some part of salary for paying monthly or annual payments for renting. Most people do not want to lose for that and they want to save for care instead of paying to someone.
In an addition, If they own a home, this can be used by other generations of this family by reconstruction which would be cheaper. Next generations may increase their financial wealth by no asting their money for renting. Owner of the house can give it to someone to renting the part of the home and it may bring passiv income to owner.
In conclusion, there are many positive sides of owning a home rather than renting one. In my opinion its positive sides weighed negative sides.

Proportion of people think that it is better to solve environmentl issues globally meanwhile other proportion prefer solving problems nationally. In my view point, it is good to solve problems of nature on a global scale.
On the one hand, there are several benefits of finding solution globally. There are many countries, and there are many citizen in these countries. This means there can be many different solution for a problem. It may decrease time loss. Moreover, every country has its advantage that may not be available in another coutry. They can share things like mentioned between countries. It may also affect to solving time. they can solve together.
On the other hand, some people believe it is better to deal with issues nationally and there are some advantages of this. It is easier to control population. They can make rules and monitor whether people are following the laws or not. It reduces conflicts. For instant, if they try on a global scale, there will be many misunderstandings, because they use different languages and translation might be difficult.
In my opinion, it is good to find a solution on national scale, because people in the same coutry know how to solve a problem I their area. They can control each other and it may be solved in at least one country.
