Dear Sir/ Madam,

Enclosed is information regarding a Tender Heather Brash Spreading.
We have made some changes to the methodology for the brash spreading works so please read Part B Clause 1.1 & 1.2 very carefully.
We will also require that the spreading teams are on site on the first or second day odf the airlifting operatino in order that we can use the helicopter whilst it is on site to collect empty bags, fill in any gaps in the coverage or move excess bags from one place to another.

If you are interested please read the Tender carefully and return with the following items;

   Completed Section 1 Form of Tender (including any sub contractors details)
   
2. 
   Part D Completed Itemised Costs
   
3. 
   All H&S Documents specified in Section 2 Clause 10 and Section 3 Part C Clause 5.
   

Please return the tender in an un-branded/un-marked envelope with the enclosed Tender Return Label attached by 30th September 2015. Please be aware that many postal services are not guaranteed and any tenders received after the tender return date will NOT be accepted.
