Aloha,
Wow we started off 2017 with a bang! Thank you so very much, for all of the interest in helping the next suffering alcoholic by getting activity by involved with Oahu Central Office.

Central Office our volunteers were able to

Help coordinate 7; 12 step calls

Assist 3 individuals with transportation to meetings

Provide information and assistance to 235 callers

Sold $1,688.65 worth of literature for a profit of $440.71

Welcomed 75 visitors to Oahu Central Office

Our After-hours volunteers assisted 330 callers

Trained 7 new volunteers in January

Volunteers are needed

Open In Office shifts: In office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday’s from 9a-12 Noon, Noon - 3p and 3p – 6p
-
We are working on having Split shifts = volunteers would alternate between weeks worked. We would then have 2 volunteers available to work each shift.

We had to close the office on Saturday’s, due to the lack of volunteers.

Open After-hour shifts: Thursday 6p – Midnight; Saturday 9a-3p; Sunday 6a – Noon and 6p – Midnight
-
One change: Monday night Madness in Kaneohe now starts at 7:30p.

We have had a huge success with the new MEETTING GUIDE app. Please check it out its free! This app will help people find meetings based on their physical location

GSO approved literature and have Grapevine books are available for sale

Attended the 2017 Orientation assembly. Each Intergroup Representative crafted ideal goals for 2017.

Utilize the OIG Panel 67 Structures & Guidelines

Adhere to the suggest 2017 OIG Budget

Increase the number of OIG Activities to offset the financial burden placed on the groups, and to increase unity and opportunities for service.
