EXPERIENCE: Reinhardt College Waleska, Georgia Reinhardt Central Manager 2009

  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions Reinhardt Central, sports equipment site with $ 5,000.00 inventory. Reinhardt Central allows members of the Reinhardt Community to borrow camping equipment, athletic gear, and board games for no cost to students and allows students to sign-up for campus events.

  • Supervise and manage nine student staff and inventory.

  • Worked with the Director of Student Activities to insure upkeep of the Hasty Student Life Center and Reinhardt Central and report any facility issue.

  • Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the gear and equipment inventory and maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and track usage.

  • Preformed routine basis inspection of all equipment to ensure that it is in good condition and proper working order.

  • Oversaw the hiring of four staff members and the firing of one staff member not working to required standards.

Reinhardt Outdoor Coordinator 2008 - 2009

  • Coordinated the research, planning, development and administration for six outdoor trips and workshops.

  • Aid with the development of policies and procedures for Reinhardt Outdoors programs and services.

  • Assisted in the recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating of volunteer student staff.

  • Helped out in the development of Reinhardt Outdoors strategic plans, goals and objectives, and program assessments.

  • Supervised purchasing and maintaining $ 3,000 of inventories for all programmatic equipment and supplies.

        • Aided in the development of reports on program participation, activities, incomes, and expenses, and evaluate program data to provide documented justification for program proposals, and budget or personnel adjustments.

        • Oversaw a $ 7,000 budget that will be used for six outdoor trip, the purchase new equipment and administrative supplies

        • Helped supervised and organize approximately 50 volunteers at two Reinhardt College Mountain Bike Trail workdays and two Natural Trail Workdays.

        • Reinhardt Outdoors won the Outstanding Organization Award from the Student Government Association from a pool of approximately 25 clubs and organizations.


Student Government Treasurer 2007 - 2008

        • Served as Chairperson of the Student Activities Fee Committee that allocated $ 90,000

of funding from the Student Activity Fee to the Moore Office of Student Activities.

        • Maintained accurate and accountable records of all financial activity of the SGA

and its organizations.

        • Signed all financial requisitions of SGA and its organizations.

        • Reported the weekly financial standing of the SGA during Senate meetings.

        • Worked closely with approximately 20 clubs and organizations Presidents and Advisors.

        • Updated the Club and Organization Policy Handbook and change how SGA allocated

funding to organizations.
Resident Assistant & Summer Camp Staff Member 2007 - 2008

  • Maintained summer camp room inventory records for room check-in and check-outs.

  • Assisted ten camps with facility set-up and take-down.

  • Coordinated maintenance request forms with various departments on campus.

  • Helped supervised a staff of four staff members in 2008.



Student Government Chief of Staff 2007

  • Wrote amendments to the Student Government Association Constitution, Student Activity Fee Guidelines, Student Club, and Organization Policy Handbook.

  • Planned and organized campus events such as Remembering the Virginia Tech Shooting, Student Government Banquette and Executive Board Debate.

  • Oversaw six student committees dealing with campus issues.
