Microflora found in the genital tract of pregnant women

The subject

Despite the increase in the quality and effectiveness of medical care, gynecological diseases remain relevant, in particular, the incidence of urinary tract infections has increased tenfold since the 80s and 90s, In women, the poliferation and development of vaginal diseases remains a problem. Vaginal microflora of women are living in hot regions, their diversity. The effect of these microbes are on the female body and the fetus. Various diseases are caused by vaginal microflora and their classification. It is well known that the health of the pregnant mother, that is, the transfer of most of the microflora of the birth canal to the unborn child, and its impact on health.

The purpose of research

  • Indentify the diversity of the vaginal microflora is pregnant women and prevent the diseases they cause.

Research materials and methods

A total of 10 women with an average age of 27.5 years were examined at the Samarkand City Medical Perinatal Center on 17.11. 2021[5 people] 24.11.2021 [5 people].

  • 10 vaginal tampons from different ages were examined microscopically and copared with gram staining on the first day.

Results obtained

  • The women examined had fungi and lactobacilli. Level 2 cleanliness [health] was found in only 1 women [10%]

In other cases


Eikinella carrodins [10%]
Trichomonas[30%]
Klebsiella[20%]
Gardinella[40%]
Escherichia colli[20%]

After the examination: level 2 cleanliness was maintained in 1[10%] women. There are Candida 5[50%] females in the village, Klebsiella2[20%], Gardinella[40%] Trichomonas[30%], Eikinella Carrodins 1[10%] and Escherichia coli 2[20%]. Found in the form of mono and polinfection. Staphylicoccus and Strephtacoccus were not detected.

  • After the examination: level 2 cleanliness was maintained in 1[10%] women. Conclusion

  • During our 2-days follow-up only 1 [10%] women had grade 2 cleanliness.
  • The presence of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microbes in the remaining 9[90%] women indicates that this condition has a significant impact on maternal and child health after childbirth. Perfect knowledge of the microflora in all respects, the study allows to anticipate and prevent future pathological conditions
