Meeting date: October 17, 2012

Due date: October 11, 2012

The Warren Environmental Commission discussed this at their October 3, 2012 meeting. They suggest that the property wetland buffer should be strengthened or it will interfere with proposed houses. They also suggest that lots B and F be eliminated unless these buffers could be better adjusted to protect proposed lots. There should be extra vegetation to absorb runoff. It is an environmentally sensitive area that needs minimum disturbance of existing vegetation. The road is also a concern due to increased traffic. If there was a way to have road accessible only by fire department that would be preferable. They should make road pervious.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:04PM
Respectfully submitted,
Katrina De la Cruz, Secretary
