The minutes of May 4, 2010 were approved.

STATEMENT by Presiding Officer: Adequate notice of this meeting was given

by posting a copy on the Township Bulletin Board and sending a copy to the Township Clerk, Echoes Sentinel and Courier News as required by the Open Public Meetings Act. All Commissioners are duly appointed volunteers working for the Township of Warren. We plan to adjourn by 10 PM.

The Commissioners received a memo from Kevin Sumner, Health Officer, regarding the Right-to-know Survey requesting a list of new products and materials that have been purchased over the past year. No action is necessary.
Discussion:
The Commissioners discussed the invitation that Laura Mandell gave for the Commissioner of the Board of Public Utilities to come to the September 21, 2010 WEC meeting. She will talk to the schools to see if the meeting could be held there. Additional people will be invited, including the Township Boards and Commission members, local townships, and the public. An invitation will be sent out at the end of August.
Old Business:
The Commissioners discussed the Community Forestry Council and available grants.
New Business:
There was no new business.
