TITLE: SB-59-099: Amendment to the Constitution

BE IT ENACTED by the Student Senate that:

1. 
   Amend the Constitution, Article III, Section 5, line G to read:
   

G. To veto and invalidate any action of the Senate prior to the next Senate meeting, which he/she considers not in the interest of the Association. The Senate has seven (7) days in which to act upon the President's veto. Said veto must be accompanied with a statement of explanation;

G. To veto and invalidate any action within thirty (30) days of the Senate prior to the next Senate meeting, which he/she/they consider not in the interest of the Association. The Senate has seven (7) days in which to act upon the President's veto. Said veto must be accompanied with a statement of explanation in the form of an executive order;
