1. Nowadays, majority women come to the government, as a result, we can see that women, in the most famous companies and banks or organizations, are leaders.
Comparing the past periods, in the USA government, a lot of females have gained most important positions and it shows that women are playing more important rules in the society.
The reason why the women’s percentage outnumbering is that they pay much more attention the improvement of inhabitants. It can be seen in European countries and it may give much more challenge for women especially who are jobless.
2. Since last decades, women have been controlling the biggest companies and banks and it will show that females have much more impact in the world.
As an example, In America, females have important tasks in Biden’s government and it makes 48% of officials. Consequently, women care more people’s daily life and their condition.
Furthermore, in Europe, women are working in international organizations like European Central Bank and World Trade Organizations.
3. Unfortunately, last global crisis brought much baddies for women and 39 % ones lost their jobs.
The world’s most important organizations are being controlled by females.
In US 48% women are in charge of controlling Biden’s administration and it causes the economical situations in the world.
In 16 countries women run financial ministries and 14 banks because women are hard workers
