DIGITAL ECONOMY IN ORGANIZING THE EFFECTIVE USE OF PASSIONS USE YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
Abstract: The development of mankind today is largely directly related to the pace of development of information technology. At the end of the 20th century, with the penetration of the Internet into various spheres of public life, such terms as "electronic government", "electronic commerce", "digital economy" appeared.
Keywords: digital economy, Internet, e-commerce, digital revolution, web technologies, website, Google, Chrome, Mozilla, Firefox, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, XML, Ajax technology, Netscape.
The term "digital economy" was first used in 1995 by Nicholas Negroponte, an American computer scientist at the University of Massachusetts, in a lecture to his colleagues about the superiority of the economy based on modern information and communication technologies over the old economy.
The digital economy, which has many advantages over the traditional economy, has become popular in a short period of time, first in developed countries and then throughout the world. The digital economy is a system of economic, social and cultural communications using digital technologies, such as online services, distance education, electronic payments, online sales of goods and services.
Today, the leaders among the "digital" countries are Norway, Sweden and Switzerland. The United States, Great Britain, Denmark, Finland, Singapore and South Korea are among the most advanced.
The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 19, 2018 “On measures to further develop the field of information technology and communications”, July 3, 2018 “On measures to develop the digital economy in the Republic of Uzbekistan” should be included in these measures. As a result of these measures, electronic document management is being introduced, electronic payments are being developed, and the regulatory framework in the field of electronic commerce is being improved.
As a result of the “digital revolution” that we are striving for, most of the socio-economic relations are carried out using automated services. This, in turn, will significantly reduce the bureaucracy, red tape and corruption, which for many years hindered the development of our country and had a negative impact on the quality of life and well-being of the population.
With the advent of web technologies, the way we work with data and computers in general has changed dramatically. Over the years, the development of computer technology has increased the efficiency of its main parameters - performance, bandwidth, memory capacity. However, the development of the software interface, which is an element of human interaction underlying the system, was not taken into account. The outdated mechanism of human interaction with the information system slowed down the introduction of new technologies and reduced the benefits from their use. Later, the approach to creating the application interface changed and began to develop. Today, application interfaces are aimed at maximum simplification, taking into account the fact that they do not cause inconvenience to users during their work.
Information for users on the Internet is usually located on computers or other servers with special software. Much of this information is organized in the form of websites. Each of them has its own name and Internet address, and users can use these addresses to access websites and use services.
A website is a collection of data that is presented in one form or another, that is, it has a unique interface, is located on the server, has its own name and processes data from the user according to special algorithms. . The user's computer uses special programs called browsers to view websites. At present, the most common browsers are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and so on.
Web applications are built using languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and technologies such as Ajax. Let's take a quick look at each of them below.
HTML language. Hypertext Markup Language, or HTML for short, is the markup language at the heart of the World Wide Web. Thanks to the HTML language, any text can be converted into hypertext and then placed on the Internet. HTML web browsers have a unique set of characters that they use to display a page. These symbols, called descriptors, contain the elements needed to create hyperlinks.
PHP language. This language is mainly used to create scripts that run on the server side. PHP can perform the same tasks as any other language with a CGI script, including processing html form data, generating html pages dynamically, and more. But there are many other areas where PHP can be used.
Ajax technology. Ajax stands for Asynchronous Javascript and XML. In a standard web application, the server handles all the data, while the browser only serves to communicate with the user, send requests, and display the resulting HTML page. Thanks to Ajax technology, it is possible to exchange data between the user and the server without refreshing the pages. At the same time, the functions of the server have changed. The server used to create a new page for every request, but now it sends only the information the client needs.
The JavaScript programming language was originally developed by Netscape to create interactive HTML documents. It is an object-oriented language designed to create applications that can run both on the client side and on the server side. The syntax of the language is very similar to Java.
The main features that JavaScript provides when creating web applications:
- Dynamic document creation using scripts;
- Quick validation of user-filled HTML form fields before sending them to the server;
Based on the data analyzed above, this study developed an information system that solves optimization issues to improve the efficiency of pasture grazing using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Ajax technology (Fig. 1).
