“Kazakhtelecom” JSC is the leading operator in the Republic of Kazakhstan providing a wide
range of info-communication services through the country. 51 per cent of shares in “Kazakhtelecom” JSC
belong to “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC. The big portfolio of services rendered on the whole territory of the country
was enabled by a wide-scale program for modernization and development of the telecommunications
infrastructure and networks. At present “Kazakhtelecom” provides landline telephony, broadband access,
digital television, IT services and others.

KAZ Minerals PLC (“KAZ Minerals” or “the Group”) is a high growth copper company focused on
large scale, low cost, open pit mining in Kazakhstan. It operates the Bozshakol mine, oxide operations
at Aktogay, four mines and three concentrators in the East Region of Kazakhstan and the Bozymchak
copper-gold mine in Kyrgyzstan. In 2015, total copper cathode output from the East Region and
Bozymchak was 81 kt with by-products of 94 kt of zinc in concentrate, 3,135 koz of silver granule and
35 koz of gold bar.
The Group commenced production from Bozshakol, its first large scale open pit project, in February
2016. The Group has a second major project, Aktogay, with sulphide processing facilities currently under
construction. These projects are expected to deliver one of the highest growth rates in the industry and
transform KAZ Minerals into a company dominated by world class open pit copper mines.
Bozshakol will have an annual ore processing capacity of 30 million tonnes when fully ramped up,
a mine life of 40 years at a copper grade of 0.36% and is a first quartile asset on the global cost curve.
The mine and processing facilities will produce 100 kt of copper cathode equivalent and 120 koz of gold
in concentrate per year over the first 10 years of operations.
The Aktogay project in the East of Kazakhstan is the Group’s second copper mining asset under
construction. Aktogay commenced production of copper cathode from oxide ore in December 2015, and
the production of copper in concentrate from sulphide ore is expected to begin in 2017. The sulphide
concentrator will have an annual ore processing capacity of 25 million tonnes when fully ramped up. The
deposit has a mine life of more than 50 years with average copper grades of 0.33% (sulphide) and 0.37%
(oxide). Aktogay is competitively positioned on the global cost curve and will produce an average of 90
kt of copper cathode equivalent from sulphide ore and 15 kt of copper cathode from oxide ore per year
over the first 10 years of operations.
KAZ Minerals is listed on the London Stock Exchange, the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange and the
Hong Kong Stock Exchange and employs around 11,000 people, principally in Kazakhstan.

“KazAgro” National management holding” JSC (hereinafter – the Holding) was established in
accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2006
No. 220 “On some issues of agribusiness complex development” and the Resolution of the Government
of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 23, 2006 No. 1247 “On measures for implementation of
the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2006 No. 220”.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 24, 2009 No. 748
“On amendment of the Decree of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2006 No.
220” and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 13, 2009 No. 297
“On amendment and addition to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated
December 23, 2006 No. 1247” the Holding was assigned a status of a national management holding.
Goal of the Holding establishment is implementation of the state policy to stimulate development
of agribusiness complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan through ensuring effective management of
investment assets and development of corporate culture of joint stock companies implementing their
activities in agribusiness complex, which shares are given to it for payment of placed shares.
The Holding mission is implementation of the state policy to stimulate industrial development
of agribusiness complex on the principles of effectiveness, transparency and effective corporate
management of the Holding structures.
The Holding, being an operator of the most important strategic projects of agriculture
development, will provide available, targeted and effective use of the state and attracted resources,
implementing further development of productive, information and service infrastructure of agribusiness
complex.

Development Bank of Kazakhstan Joint Stock Company (being a member of Baiterek National
Management Holding, hereinafter referred to as the Bank, DBK) was established in 2001 as a financial
institution of the state on infrastructure and non-resource industrial sectors development.
The Bank specializes in big business funding and development which is large-scale infrastructure
and industrial projects in Kazakhstan.
DBK Projects are of multiplier effect promoting establishment of associate small and medium-
sized enterprises, new workplaces, increase of tax assignments to the budget and export development.
During 15 years of activity, the Bank invested about KZT 1.7 tln. to national economy. 79 investment
projects were put into operation funded with DBK, and about 20.4 thou. of permanent jobs were created.
The Bank remains one of the key operators of the State Program on Industrial-Innovative
Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 68 % of current Bank loans fall within the projects of
industrial-innovative development. At financial support from DBK, 25 SPFIID-1 Projects were put into
operation with total cost of more than KZT 963 bln.
About 73 % of all loans serviced by DBK are projects in the area of petroleum chemistry, oil refining
and metallurgy. By regions the maximum volume of DBK loans falls within Atyrau region (35%), Pavlodar
region (17%) and Aktobe region (13%).
Sectoral Priorities.
The main sectoral priorities of DBK are projects in non-resource economic sectors such as
metallurgy, chemistry and petroleum chemistry, machine engineering, agriproduct processing, as well as
in production infrastructure (energetics, transport, telecommunications and objects in service industry).

Kazakhmys Corporation - a leading company in the extraction and processing of natural resources,
the largest copper producer in Kazakhstan. A company have eleven mines, five dressing mills, two
copper smelting plants and two coal mines. Kazakhmys operates with production facilities extracting ore
and its processing into commodity metal. In the past year from own ore was produced 224,9 ths tons of
copper in cathode equivalent, 3 388 kg of gold bars. Kazakhmys - is one of the largest silver producers
in the world – in the last year was produced 277,7 tons of refined silver.
The Corporation has a domestic power plants that provide electricity to enterprises and regions.
The total number of employees of the corporation is about 38 730 people.

Eurasian Resources Group (ERG) is a leading diversified natural resources producer with
integrated mining, processing, energy, logistics and marketing operations. It has a portfolio of production
