Conclusions. 
The use of subthreshold powers of a diode laser with a wavelength of 1470 nm 
against the background of a time-prolonged exposure to the walls of the fistula tract improves the 
results of using the FiLAC technology in patients with short, complex rectal fistulas, while 
continuing to be a sphincter-saving treatment technology.
