At the present, “Kainat” Youth Center has planned arrangement of the Fifth 

International  Contest  of  young  performers  (under  20)  of  Classical  Music  among 

the  countries  of  the  Islamic  World,  supported  by  ISESCO,  the  Ministry  of  Youth 

and Sport, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of 

the Republic of Azerbaijan and with the participation of Baku Music Academy 

Every  time  when  the  Director  General  of  ISESCO  Dr.  Abdulaziz  Othman 

Altwaijri  comes  to  Baku,  we  inform  him  about  our  project  and  its  success.  It  is 

gratifying  that  the  Head  director  of  ISESCO  Mr.  Abdulaziz  Othman  Altwaijri   

conveyed  us  the  agreement  of  ISESCO  about  the  comprehensive  providing  for 

traditional continuation of this project by means of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 

of the Republic of Azerbaijan.   So, at the present we have started the collecting of 

applications  of  the  delegations  that  will  represent  Kuwait,  Turkey,  Kyrgyzstan, 

Iran, Uzbekistan, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Russian Federation (Bashkortostan) 

Malaysia and Algeria. 

       This year it will be 5

 

annual jubilee of this contest which will be held in April, 

2016. And we want to see again the representatives from Indonesia in this great 

contest.  An  exclusive  transmission  right  of  this  project  belongs  to  the  Public 

Television  and  Radio  Transmissions  Company  of  Azerbaijan.    At  the  present, 

arrangements of the project are planned with the Ministry of Youth and Sport of 

the Republic of Azerbaijan.

       For the first time applying to you, we believe that we’ll not be mistaken in our 

suppositions. We’ll start the preparation process of printing materials, advertising 

products and souvenirs after the getting agreement from sponsor-organization. 

Dear Mr. Poerwonggo, 

I  want  to  inform  you,  regulations  of  the  contest  will  be  presented  to  you  after 

getting positive answer from You. The terms of contest will be   explained more 

comprehensively in this official document.  

We would like to discuss about details at the meeting with You. I’m also ready to 

clarify and answer the questions which interest personally you, at this meeting. 

         I  suppose  that,  the  entrance  of  Indonesian  Republic  to  this  contest  will  be 

caused the development of communications between two countries.
